These are "Jordan's famous cinnamon rolls". (Cinnamon rolls?!!?!) AKA cinnamon rolls I sometimes make according to this recipe.
All good things start with a nice, tight roll.

For some reason, this picture includes a dog, a wallet, and a UC Berkeley shipping box filled with baking stuff alongside some glazed rolls.
FYI... I did not enjoy the "coffee glaze" from the recipe, so I made this plain vanilla glaze instead:
- 2 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar (am I a confectioner?!)
- 2 Tbsps milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Also, should one desire a moister and cinnamonnier filling, one might adjust the filling accordingly:
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
